Job Details

The IR Solutions Specialist will be responsible for selling IR Tools & Feeds solutions to net new clients through outbound prospecting, booking demos/meetings and closing orders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting activity - through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn
  • Gaining knowledge and understanding of the Investis Digital suite of IR Tools & Feeds products
  • Territory management and coverage
  • Management of sales pipeline through a CRM system
  • Weekly reporting of territory coverage and ongoing sales opportunities
  • Active development of additional buying and influencer contacts across the territory (with emphasis on new contacts, new conversations, new solutions)
  • Participation in ID events, industry awards and other social activities
  • Close management of sales to revenue conversion
  • Close review and management of project delivery to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

KPIs

Key metrics against which both individual and team performance will be measured. Monthly, quarterly and annual achievement of the following KPIs include:


  • New sales (both one-off and recurring)
  • Total sales vs. target
  • Pipeline – monthly, 3 month and annual
  • Territory coverage: calls made, emails sent and proposals issued
  • Win/loss rate
  • Activity – meeting rates/participation in sales initiatives throughout the year
  • Forecast accuracy and pipeline management
  • CRM management
  • Sold GM%
  • Contract compliance

Remote and Flexible Working

We recognize this may feel like a strange time to apply for a new role and join a new company.
