Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting on the origination, analysis and execution of global target investment opportunities across our four target subsectors: Data centres, Subsea fibre, Terrestrial fibre and Wireless infrastructure
  • Building and reviewing financial models to value and structure investment opportunities
  • Undertaking transaction due diligence, including reviewing and analysing financial, legal, commercial and technical reports
  • Preparing investment screening reports and contributing to Investment Committee and Board packs
  • Preparing presentations for stakeholders
  • Attending board meetings and assisting portfolio companies with strategic initiatives and financial workstreams
  • Assisting with ancillary work streams, including research, accounting, and other operational matters in relation to the fund’s day-to-day business such as its internal and external reporting requirements and ESG assessments, including but not limited to, the following:
  • Annual and Interim fund report & portfolio valuation
  • Quarterly board report
  • Quarterly factsheet
  • Internal portfolio monitoring and risk committee reports
  • Ongoing investor and lender presentation materials

In order to be considered for this position, suitable applicants MUST possess:

  • 12 – 18 months of investment banking experience or similar
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise and experience creating impactful PowerPoint presentations
  • A positive outlook and a growth mindset, with the desire and ability to quickly learn new things in a fast-evolving sector
  • Digital infrastructure transaction experience preferred, but not essential
  • Based in the UK, with the right to work in the UK
