We are looking for an insightful, adaptable and motivated analyst or junior consultant to join our Client team. The position is offered within our Leeds office, one of the largest and successful investment consulting teams in the north.

The role will involve working with a variety of UK Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes covering a range of asset sizes, sectors and industries (including many household names) on both an advisory and fiduciary basis.

We aim to empower institutional investors to achieve their specific objectives by delivering outstanding investment advice and solutions, based on a strong foundation of research, analysis, innovation and trust. You will be supporting senior investment consultants in the preparation and delivery of advice and in the delivery of our delegated solutions. The role incorporates both analytical and client facing aspects – you will be involved in working with our clients to understand their needs in order to ensure they get access to the most appropriate solutions that we offer.

Over time, this role will allow you to further develop your knowledge of markets, investment managers, and broader industry matters, and encourage you to build your responsibility within the team.

Some knowledge of UK pension scheme investment arrangements would be beneficial, either from a consulting or asset management perspective. However you will be supported in your role with on-the-job training.

The role is offered in the north region, in our Leeds office, where we have a close, diverse and collaborative investment team. Based in Leeds, you will have the chance to work seamlessly with colleagues and clients based across the UK. The role opportunity allows for flexibility in your working arrangements (for example “hybrid” office and remote working) and we would be happy to discuss this with you further.
