What will I be doing as am Inventory Controller?

Keeping an Energy plant running like clockwork is a major operational challenge. You’ll play your part by taking care of our stores inventory, which contains spares for our equipment and engineering consumables. It involves controlling, ordering and issuing stock, so that we always have the right spares when we need them. That way, the plant can run at maximum efficiency and availability. Our equipment and machinery is very valuable and you’ll have responsibility for financial management.

What are the requirements? (experience and qualifications)

To join our team, you must be able to demonstrate experience of inventory control and stores management from an industrial background . You’ll also need some budget control experience, coupled with Health & Safety training. However, that’s only the start. We want you to be ready to manage our inventory from day one. That means you need to be familiar with computer maintenance management systems, budget and inventory control along with stores management. Training in manual handling would also be very useful.
