We have been successfully awarded a new contract with the large blue-chip online retailer, ASOS, and are opening a new purpose-built fulfilment centre in Lichfield. The site will be over 400,000sq ft and we are looking for 7 full time permanent Inventory Clerks to join our team.


You’ll be working any 5 days out of 7, any time between the hours of 05:30 and 00:00, therefore flexibility is essential.


Pay, benefits and more:


We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £20,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Actively investigate stock discrepancies to improve stock integrity and communicate results in a timely fashion
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting ensuring the highest level of accuracy
  • Continuously investigate current processes to identify improvements and cost saving initiatives
  • Work in conjunction with the main operational departments to fulfil customer orders and raise any anomalies through the correct channels


What you need to succeed at XPO:


  • Knowledge and experience of working with a WMS, previous experience in MATFLO would be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office application
