Job Description

The Interviewing Specialist is responsible for scheduling and conducting structured phone interviews to pre-qualify candidates for designated clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete phone interviews and document candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirements.
  • Update candidate statuses in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System, proprietary systems, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a business or office environment is required.
  • Experience in human resources and/or talent acquisition strongly preferred.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Effectively communicate verbally with candidates via phone or video.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
  • Strong typing skills while documenting candidate responses.
  • Ability to effectively listen and type simultaneously.
