As part of the internal sales team, you would be responsible for promoting RS products and services through outbound sales calls to businesses and individuals.

• B2B Lead generation and cold calling
• Identifying sales opportunities
• Following up on leads
• Upselling products where necessary
• Discussing products features and benefits
• Taking inbound calls on the sales line/ calls transferred from call centre and converting in to sales.
• Achieve individual sales target
• Booking engineers based on skill set level
• Booking specific job detail
• Liaise with deployment for engineer availability
• Liaise with stores department to ensure any stock for booking is processed on time

• Good communication skills – be able to start and maintain a good level of conversation and be able to build a good rapport
• Creative thinking – Ask the right questions to determine customer needs
• Flexible and adaptable.

Skills Required:

• Sales experience, preferably in cold calling/ telesales
• Previous experience in a call centre.
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good listening skills
• Good organisational skills, verbally and written
• Experience using CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
