Internal Recruitment Co-Ordinator

Knowsley

£18,000 to £20,000

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Temporary ongoing (up to three months)

A national engineering company in Knowsley are seeking an Internal Recruitment Co-ordinator to join their Recruitment team on a temporary contract for up to three months The main duties of the position will be recruiting for several internal vacancies across the business. The working hours for the role are 9am to 5pm working Monday to Friday. On offer is a basic salary of £18,000 to £20,000.

The main duties of an Internal Recruitment Co-Ordinator are;
Recruiting for multiple internal vacancies Engaging with candidates to discuss job opportunities or following up on applications Screening candidates to determine suitability Answering candidate questions via phone and email Keeping candidates updated of their application Reviewing CV’s and applications Liaising with the wider team to arrange interviews and/or assessments Managing own workload and prioritising job requirements Forwarding suitable candidate details to relevant Managers to review Support with occasional compliance

Genuinely want to work in a recruitment position Must have telephone based experience within a fast paced environment. Recruitment experience would be ideal though not essential Be highly organised and comfortable working in a fast paced environment Be confident on the phone and have strong rapport building skills
