The Department

The Resourcing team at {my}dentist is one of the largest internal recruitment teams in the North West and the Orthodontic Recruitment Business Partner plays a vital role in ensuring that our patients have access to the best clinical care within our {my}orthodontist division. The amount of patient care that we deliver is only hindered by the amount of high quality and passionate clinicians we have working with us.

The role

You will work closely with the Orthodontic regional management team to support the implementation of the resourcing strategy and act as the conduit between operations and the resourcing teams. You will also act as a change manager implementing projects in the field with overall accountability for regional performance whilst also being responsible for sourcing activity.

The Duties
  • Promoting our Employer Brand across the Orthodontic division and educate, support and influence operational management and clinical colleagues to do the same
  • Ensuring all roles are advertised and sourced for
  • Improve engagement and performance of regional sourcing activity such as employee referrals, social media promotion and employer brand events
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the regional management team, driving the resourcing agenda & supporting the delivery of the business plan
  • Design and lead an appropriate calendar of employer brand events to generate candidates
  • Support the regional management team in identifying opportunity to increase diary hours and grow revenue
  • Working with the onboarding team to understand any at risk candidates that need to be reengaged with to ensure the collection of any outstanding compliance
What will I be expected to achieve?
  • Creating and delivering accurate Recruitment plans for the {my}orthodontic division
  • Delivery of events and increasing social media engagement and reviews
  • Referral generation and increasing retention by facilitating internal moves
What skills do I need?
  • Previous Recruitment experience within in a very scarce labour market
  • Understanding of resourcing metrics and using insight to influence stakeholders
  • Experience of active sourcing within a niche market
  • Ability to hold quality conversations with highly skilled professional candidates
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to review and understand data with excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible approach and ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
Anything else I should know?
  • You don’t need to be from a clinical background if you have worked in a niche recruitment market
  • Our Resourcing team is based in Greater Manchester, and we will be offering flexible home/office working moving forwards. However we can be flexible if you don’t live a commutable distance but are still happy to travel to the office as and when required
