We are Tritility, a growing commercial energy consultancy based in the North East.

Working with the UK’s leading energy suppliers, we help businesses to save money on their utilities and reduce their environmental impact through energy saving initiatives.

We have expanded our team significantly over the last 12 months and now have a team of approx. 100 employees. We are looking to continue this growth and so, we are currently looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

About the role:

Your role will involve managing the recruitment life-cycle from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include regularly producing engaging job ads, pro-actively sourcing potential candidates through direct sourcing via job boards and LinkedIn, and interviewing. You will also be providing ongoing support to hiring managers, advising of best practice, offering successful talent, right through to on-boarding new employees.

The successful candidate will be proactive and headhunt the ideal candidates from similar backgrounds to ensure their success through our interview process, meeting the business needs for growth. Ultimately, you are the first voice perspective employees will speak to, making your role vital to building a stronger employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.

What’s in it for you?

Salary £21,000-25,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
