Internal Recruiter (Resourcer) - 9 Months Fixed Term Contract

As a Resourcer you will provide a pro-active and professional in-house recruitment service to our Retail Centres in the UK. This role is office based, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

You will be personally responsible for the recruitment within a specific region and manage various recruitment activities including; advertising vacancies, screening applicants, telephone interviewing, directly sourcing passive talent, running assessment campaigns, essentially the full 360° recruitment cycle alongside building trusted and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilites
Proactively manage the end to end recruitment cycle from identification of the role, through to on-boarding Ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Advertising vacancies using multiple job boards, as well as social media Pro-actively source potential candidates using online CV databases and social media platforms Providing on-going support to hiring managers throughout the process, advising of best practice Managing a range of recruitment activities including; CV sifting, telephone interviewing, assessment centres, open evenings, etc Working in partnership with agencies when required Utilising our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure that all information is kept up to date for the team and also for the candidates Actively promoting and encouraging workforce diversity at all levels of recruitment
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience within a similar role, either in-house or for an agency Understanding of headhunting and talent pooling Experience of working with an ATS will be beneficial Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; confident in dealing with the full range of business users, via multiple communication channels Extremely organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a small team
