My client is a small but growing insurance company based in Evesham, specialising in Claims Management and Loss Adjusting. Due to some amazing growth they are looking for a HR Recruitment Specialist to join the team, to work alongside the HR Manager! With two offices and more on the horizon, my clients are experts in a niche insurance market.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the In House Recruiter?

  • Headhunt candidates using databases, social media platforms and employment forums
  • Keep up to date with current employment legislation and regulations
  • Maintain candidate contact throughout the full recruitment journey
  • Help design and develop recruitment strategies
  • Develop a talent attraction programme, generate a talent pool for future opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications of the In House Recruiter?:

  • Experience in a similar role is essential (Internal, Agencey or RPO Experience)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with interview formats (phone, teams, group and structured)
  • Strong understanding of the full 360 recruitment process
