A bit about the job:
As Internal Communications Specialist, you’re at the very heart of helping our people connect to our purpose, live our values, and become advocates for Aviva.
Within this role you will help us to broaden leadership visibility and find innovative ways to put the customer at the heart of everything we do via conversations, connections, and content.
Reporting to the Head of UK&I Life Communications, you’ll play a critical role in the team, creating and publishing cut through and compelling content for Aviva colleagues in our UK Life Business, with the right messages in the right format through the right channels.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Broad experience of all things employee communications - including content, channels and data analytics
  • Be full of ideas, naturally curious, highly creative and have a nose for a good story
  • Highly organised and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Be an exemplary teammate, at their best when working within a collective to deliver a shared vision
  • Capable of building relationships fast and inspiring confidence in all around them
What you’ll get for this role:

  • London starting salary between £55,000 - £65,000, National starting salary between £45,000 - £50,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
  • Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
