About The Team

We have big goals over the next few years.

We’re going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before.

Together we’ll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.

Team information

Will you join us?

This exciting role sits in our Strategic Communications and Marketing team and will be a key part of our new integrated approach to engaging with internal audiences. The team is part of our External Relations department, alongside digital, brand, campaigning, policy, information, legal and media.

We shape, tell and coordinate Mind’s story and communications to ensure our communications achieve our strategic goals and engage our audiences. We promote and protect Mind’s brand. We fight for better services and rights for people with mental health problems and for improvements in the public’s attitudes towards and understanding of mental health. We build hope and empower people to get support, assert their rights, and live their lives fully – through independent, trustworthy information and through supportive online communities. All of this is done alongside people with lived experience of mental health problems, and across England and Wales to ensure people with mental health problems get both support and respect.
