We are looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join the FCS (Facilities, Culinary and Security) team. The ideal person will be strategic, able to act as a consultant to provide internal communications guidance to teams and leaders in our organization, while also being able to develop and execute on internal communications plans. The ideal person will have great relationship building skills and be able to work collaboratively with partners across the business. They are well organized, can meet strict deadlines, can work independently, and can perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Create and implement internal communications plans to help the business achieve strategic objectives
  • Act as a consultant and provide internal communications guidance to leaders and teams
  • Develop internal communications campaigns to help drive employee engagement
  • Create and manage internal employee events from start to finish, including logistics, agenda, content development and speaker preparation
  • Collaborate with partners from other areas of the business
  • 7+ years’ work experience in Internal Communications
  • Bachelor’s degree, post-graduate or degree in communications, marketing, psychology or business
  • Experience of working in a Facilities, Real Estate or Culinary environment
  • Experience working internationally
  • Experience managing change
