To support the continued growth of Hitachi Construction Machinery (UK) Ltd, we are pleased to be recruiting for an Internal Communications Coordinator.

The Internal Communications Coordinator role will be pivotal in further enhancing our employee engagement by supporting the communication and delivery of messages from HCMUK to its employees using a variety of channels.

As the Internal Communications Coordinator you will be required to scope and define the Company’s internal marketing strategy along with key stakeholders, along with supporting the delivery and implementation of internal campaigns, and reporting intranet analytics monthly to the Marketing & Media Executive.

You will be responsible for the creation and monthly circulation of the Company newsletter, whilst also using various internal communication channels to ensure all employees are kept up to date with business updates, initiatives, and campaigns.

It is important that the successful candidate is able to develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders as you will be required to provide guidance to colleagues on internal communications content including language tone, messaging and publication effectiveness.

Candidates must have demonstrable experience in Microsoft SharePoint and a minimum of three years’ experience in a communications role. They should also have exceptional writing and proofing skills with the ability to write clear and concise communications tailored to a range of audiences at all levels.

All candidates must have a full UK driving licence, as travel may be required to our regional depots.
