We have been providing packaging for 1,000’s of customers across the south of the country for more than 40 years. This means we have a considerable customer base that we provide a service that surpasses our competitors. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile and making the customer experience seamless. We have a friendly team of experts offering a range of packaging solutions, and over the last 18 months we have been offering more sustainable packaging alternatives to reduce plastic waste which has opened a whole new customer base to us.

Every day is different, very busy and varied but the role involves order processing, pricing, administration, and excellent communication skills.

Our Field base account managers visit our customers regularly. The account support role requires the internal individual to have detailed knowledge of their customer base and work together as a team to ensure all enquiries are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. This person has direct communication with their customer base, so must possess both a positive can-do attitude and commercial acumen.

You will be responsible for providing a first-class customer experience to all our existing customers, working very closely with an external account manager and supporting new business opportunities.

Role responsibilities:

· Manage the sales inbox and process new orders.

· Acknowledge incoming enquiries and refer to sales team where appropriate.

· Be a strong advocate for the Test Valley Brand, promoting the business and always portraying a positive can-do attitude.

· Ensuring customer service levels are of the highest standard

· Liaise with the external account manager, providing a high level of communication, administration, and accuracy at all times.

· Be part of a strong, dedicated and driven team.

· Produce quotes, reports and prepare samples

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, this is a varied, fast paced role and we ask for someone who works well under pressure and as part of a team. This individual must have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail and follow processes.
