Are you a Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer who is looking for a challenging new opportunity, and are keen to work in a new environment for a reputable independently owned MEP Design Consultancy?

The Client

Our client is an established independent consultancy based in the London. They specialise in providing complete low carbon, cutting edge designs to both public and private sector clients. Due to several internal promotions in the business and due to the award of several mufti million pound projects in the London and surrounding areas they are looking for an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer. The position will have you working on the MEP design of multiple projects which include residential, commercial and office fit out projects.

Main Duties

Hands on design
Design review
Contribute to Practice-wide technical initiatives (such as the development of technical standards, software development, knowledge sharing etc)
Maintain good technical knowledge of the industry and relevant standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Key Skills & Experience

Minimum of 4 years professional experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer
Degree Educated in an Mechanical Engineering related discipline
Skilled with software such as Hevacomp and IES
Show knowledge and interest in low carbon design and innovation.
