Global player in the entertainment sector are looking to welcome an additional Interim Commercial Counsel to their team for a period of 3-6 months to cover whilst they make a permanent hire The position can accommodate full remote working, as long as you are based in the UK Both part-time and full-time working patterns can be accommodated

About The Role

Working as part of a collegiate and dedicated team, you will have the chance to get involved in a broad spectrum of contractual work across the business including:

  • General procurement and service agreements
  • Facilities related agreements
  • Temporary worker agreements
  • Recruitment services agreements
  • Outsourcing/staff augmentation agreements
  • Data Protection Agreements
  • Content licensing agreements
  • Talent agreements
  • Marketing campaigns and related agreements

About You

This remit requires a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE (although applications at all levels will be considered on merit). You must have previously worked in-house, and possess extensive experience on negotiating complex commercial agreements. This role also requires a commercially-oriented approach from someone who is comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels of a business.

You must be available to start immediately.
