Job Description

Your team:

The Atlassian Administrator role sits within the Corporate Technology team. Corporate Technology also includes Infrastructure, Networking & Service Desk functions. The Corporate Technology team meet the IT needs of the employees of intelliflo by providing a stable & consistent environment to work.

Your Role

You will be the subject matter expert for our Atlassian products. You will provide technical guidance on future developments & projects. You will work closely with the engineers from these areas and join the daily standup & sprint meetings.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• administer Atlassian software, including JIRA Cloud, Confluence Cloud, JIRA Align, and Status Page
• lead JIRA and Confluence projects, schedule and coordinate maintenance and upgrades, and lead performance tuning and scaling in conjunction with our JIRA hosting partner
• work with development teams globally to identify and implement workflow solutions using Atlassian products
• gather Jira/Confluence requirements from stakeholders and propose, implement, and document solutions
• build knowledge of Atlassian products in our Corporate Technology team through knowledge sharing and training
