Lead on the development for any new interfaces to/from Ensemble Act as first line support for systems users, providing advice and guidance, resolving software problems where possible. work closely with IT Department for technical support and the roll-out of systems to new users and departments and the resolution of hardware and networking issues. provide technical support relating to the application of software and operating system patches; upgrades and fixes. Contribute to planning of hardware refresh.
