We’re looking for a INTEGRATION ARCHITECT to hit the ground running in MEDIA CITY, MANCHESTER you’ll play a critical part in facilitating the development of the right future-state architecture and ensure its effective adoption. You’ll provide overall direction, guidance and definition of architecture programs that effectively supports business strategies.


Your role will be based in our MEDIA CITY, MANCHESTER OFFICE on a hybrid work schedule with around 2 days a week in the office.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • Be a point of contact for all Integration needs for Kellogg Europe, own the integration-specific aspects, understand/collect requirements and architect solution/design and govern the integration process across all phases of delivery.
  • Oversee technical teams in the design, build, test & operation of integration solutions and manage third-party relationships involved in end-to-end integration.
  • Work closely with the Solution Architect and Business analysts to design and develop an architecture that allows multiple systems to integrate and fulfil the requirement.
  • Analyse business needs to identify technical opportunities that would improve user experience, efficiencies and performance of data and technology.
  • Manage EDI implementation with Customers/Suppliers/3PL projects.
  • Participate in work-shops - facilitate and document business process mapping to determine appropriate configurations, integration points and event triggers within the B2B framework.
  • Assist project SIT and UAT activities such as troubleshooting, reading error messages from mapping software, logging bugs and product enhancements, testing files, etc
  • Work closely with sustainment team to assist them on escalated issues (L3 support) and also guidance/training when needed.
  • The role is responsible for understanding the business B2B issues and data challenges of the organisation and takes the form of planning and scoping of several inter-related initiatives and helping senior-level business stakeholders make informed decisions about ongoing initiatives and how to tackle them;


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


  • Have excellent knowledge of the use of IBM Sterling Integrator middleware including mapping, Business Process, data validation techniques.
  • Have excellent knowledge of B2B technologies including AS2, SFTP and Web Services.
  • Knowledge on API management/gateway technologies tool like Mulesoft
  • Knowledge and experience on various technical formats such as ad hoc Flat-file, SAP IDOC, XML, EDI and CSV;
  • Have excellent working knowledge of EDI standards in EDIFACT & TRADCOMs. Knowledge of API’s an advantage; Experience in Unix/Linux, XML, SQL languages.
  • Must have ability to deliver to timescale given tasks; have a flexible and adaptable to approach to these tasks; show a high level of accuracy and speed within a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP ERP and related technology – Experience of SAP S4/HANA
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain business processes including distribution, logistics and warehousing preferred.
  • Well-developed communication skills and the ability to work in a busy environment, with multiple priorities, under pressure and to tight deadlines are a prerequisite of the role;
  • Work collaboratively with Business Stakeholders and IT colleagues to ensure that solutions work effectively and plan for future strategic needs and challenges
  • Good understanding of project delivery methodologies
