An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Team Managers to join the Durham Integrated Adult Mental Health Community services.

To be successful in this role, we want to hear from aspiring leaders who really want to ‘make a difference’. The post holders should be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, understand the Health & Social care agenda. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the day to day management of the service, ensuring that the team delivers high quality care to patients, families and carers’ alongside providing supervision and appraisals.

The successful candidates will be able to develop and create a culture that aspires to delivering best practice for individuals using our services, demonstrates effective communication and promotes a culture of transparency and equity.

This is an exciting and challenging role which will afford the successful candidate to work as part of a supportive service that is focused on delivering high standards of care through evidence based practice.
