Pro currently has some exciting opportunities for Technicians to be part of our Outsourcing Operations team. The job holder will meet all Client service levels, deliverables and deadlines for the processing of insurance bordereau.

Pro operates a flexible hybrid policy and this role would be based around our Nottingham hub.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

· Processing Risk, Premium and Claim Delegated Bordereau into a client system.

· Processing tasks accurately, in an efficient manner, in line with client SLA’s.

· Identifying anomalies within the Bordereau, raising queries and amending where necessary.

· Interacting with clients in a professional manner over the phone or via email.

· Have an appreciation of Client KPIs and SLAs.

Skills and Experience

· Strong technical skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

· Understanding of principles of insurance and reinsurance is essential.

· 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within the (re)insurance market would be advantageous.

· Good understanding of London market systems and procedures is desirable.

· Experience of Intrali, Delegated Data Manager (DDM) or a similar mapping system is desirable but not essential

· Excellent communication skills

· Experienced in working with Microsoft Excel

· Maintain a conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work, maintaining good working relationships with colleagues.

· Ability to work remotely.
