We need Insurance Sales Consultants to join our Outbound Team.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have experience within financial services or insurance and telephone based experience.

All you need is a quiet, comfortable workplace with a fibre internet connection – we will provide all the necessary equipment!

As an Insurance Sales Consultant you will:

    • be making outbound calls to sell insurance policies to prospective customers who have generated quotes, either from one of our partners, a comparison website, or directly from our website
    • be making outbound calls to arrange insurance policy renewals for existing customers
    • be comfortable in addressing any customer queries or concerns that arise throughout sales or renewals calls
    • follow the complete sales and renewals processes through to completion, ensuring card payment details and direct debits are completed accurately
    • adhere to all compliance and quality standards including FCA Regulations and GDPR
    • work collaboratively with internal and external customers to deliver the right outcomes for customers and maintain a positive working relationship

We are looking for someone who:

    • is highly motivated by and passionate about sales and has extensive experience in telephone sales - ideally within business insurance experience
    • is computer literate with the ability to multi-task and use multiple systems at any one time
    • is highly resilient and able to maintain attention to detail and focus whilst working independently
    • is adaptable, willing to learn and open to change, understanding that processes and products will continually evolve
    • has good active listening skills, and has the ability to recognise and understand different customer needs, treating each customer as an individual
    • is able to deal with different customer concerns, questions and objections ensuring that all interactions result in a positive experience for the customer regardless of the outcome of the call
