Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 + Commission

Our client is one of the fastest growing Commercial Insurance Brokers, and they are based in the Sale area. Benefits of the Insurance Advisor role:

Our client has a defined program in place to encourage every member of their team to increase their basic salary. The employee progression route has been created to ensure you are rewarded for your efforts with regular checkpoints in place where your salary will be reviewed to allow you to maximise your earning potential.

For every 5 months out of 6 that you are on target you will receive an additional 2% increase on your basic salary.

You will be given the option upon the successful completion of probation to study for your Cert. CII, funded by our client. You will also be given a £2,000 pay increase on successful completion of your studies as a reward for your hard work!

• Uncapped commission structure (starting at £500 a month OTE increasing to £750 per month once you consistently hit your monthly target).

The Insurance Advisor role:

Through a combination of some of the most well-known insurers and some more specialist niche insurers, you will compare business insurance quotes, aiming to help customers by tailoring their policy to exactly what they need.

You will be responsible building and maintaining a pipeline of business by following up on leads from our in-house Lead Generation team, inbound line and referrals from our sister company, providing quotes to customers using a panel of award winning, A-Rated insurance partners.

The successful Insurance Advisor will have:

• Previous experience in a target driven environment
• 2 years experience in either insurance or sales
• Experience building rapport with customers to understand their individual needs and circumstances
• The ability to negotiate with underwriters and clients
• You will need to be organised and ambitious in order to achieve targets
