Our client, with an excellent reputation providing some of the best Customer Services in the UK and are multi ’Award Winning’ for delivering Commercial Insurance and Personal Lines Home Insurance and are established within the local community. Voted by ’Which Magazine’ Best Home and Car Insurance Provider. Based around 15 minute drive outside of central Bishop Auckland.

So, the successful candidate will have a positive and friendly telephone manner in order to carry out any sales tasks and be very customer-focused, and be very well presented.

This position is a long-term opportunity, and we are flexible on the potential candidates, for example, you may come from a sales background say a Office-Based Customer Services’ environment within General Insurance or Financial Services.

More importantly is you have a good level of education, with a minimum of 5 GCSEs which must include Grades C or above in English and Maths and a professional telephone manner, and appearance. This role will offer full training in a very friendly environment.

You will not need experience (Insurance sales via the phone is a distinct advantage) as our client will fully training you both on their award-winning products and FCA regulations.

You will also need to be a car driver in order to reach our client’s offices and parking space is available for you.
