Clark James are assisting this leading Commercial Insurance Broker in the Croydon area with a new role in their Commercial Motor Insurance team working within the New business department. The successful candidate will be expected to handle and convert leads provided to them and will be expected to generate leads of their own in addition so this is a very sales based opportunity with an excellent bonus structure. This position will suit a confident and outgoing individual looking for an opportunity with huge potential, the company are willing to train someone from a personal lines sales background in Commercial Insurance products but YOU MUST have some Insurance sales experience already, ideally motor based. Main duties will include: * Dealing with New Business Enquiries and converting as many to sales as possible * Understanding the client’s business and risk profiles * Building a general knowledge of designated clients, their industry and business operations * Communicating client’s needs to underwriters * Building a relationship with clients and giving prompt attention to their requests Salary is negotiable depending on experience and the basic will be hugely boosted by the Bonus opportunity as we would expect you to earn an extra few thousand in additional.
