Location - Lanarkshire
Insurance Agent - Glasgow Based
Start Date: 21st February 2022
Glasgow Based - Temporary work from home (Onsite Training and Grad)
Shifts : 2 Week Rotation
Dayshift Mon Tues, 9am - 6.30pm, Wed -Thurs 9am - 6pm, Fri - RDO, Sat 10am -3pm
Backshift - Mon - Fri 11.30am - 8pm
Salary: £9.50ph

The Role:

As a Call Centre Agent, you are the first point of contact for our client’s customers. Your role will involve resolving all inbound queries and ensuring that you have provided the customer with a high standard of service on all aspects of the call.
