Partnering exclusively with a well-established and ever-growing insurance brokerage, Boxtree are recruiting for an individual to join the underwriting department providing quotations for renewals and to assist the branch, being a referral point for the assistants. This role requires dealing with clients over the phone email, and face to face, ensuring retention and sales targets are maximised.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting customer requirements on existing accounts
  • Maintain and develop solid relationships
  • Winning new business opportunities via cross-selling
  • Delivering excellent customer service when dealing with queries via email and telephone
  • Calculating new business, renewals, and MTA premiums
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions

Required:

  • 2 years minimum experience working within a broking or underwriting environment
  • CII qualification or working to obtain the qualification is desirable
