This is a superb opportunity to join a highly respected Manufacturer and Fitter based in Evesham The successful candidate will be welcomed into a close team environment and receive full training in all aspects of manufacturing and installation within the company. This is a varied role presenting the opportunity to develop your career in a wide-range of skills, from templating through to sawing, CNC and fitting. Starting as soon as possible, the role is based near Evesham, Worcestershire. Role Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and operating a variety of machinery, for example CNC and Sawing machines
  • Troubleshooting at an appropriate level and involving senior members of staff when necessary
  • Visit customers homes whilst providing a professional fitting service
  • Worktop templating with precision and accuracy
  • Monitoring and checking the output of material quality
  • Ensuring that company procedures are followed
  • Maintaining a consciousness of eliminating waste in the production process
  • Following internal protocols and standard operating procedures
  • Demonstrating safe manual handling practices
  • Adhering to our Health and Safety rules and requirements Candidate Attributes:

  • 16:00 (Friday) Experience: We are ideally looking for someone with multi-skilled experience in the operation of Manufacturing and/or CNC equipment however this is not essential and full training will be given to the candidate displaying the correct attributes. Templating and fitting skills would be an advantage, however experience in trades, property maintenance, working with power tools and general maintenance will be considered.
