This is a unique opportunity for an Installation and Maintenance Manager to join a high growth team where you’ll see your work making an impact through real-world machine/robot interaction. We don’t solve the simple stuff; we tackle the problems other people are afraid to take on.

We Are Looking For
  • Someone who understands what is needed for optimal installation of systems and can put in place plans to allow scaled roll out
  • A Lead in technical support. Initially this will be first line, but the job needs to put in place what is needed so that we can transition to third line support
  • Ability to build optimal preventative maintenance regimes to support customers
  • A data driven approach working with the wider development team to ensure that we are continuously learning and improving our offering
  • A background in technology with broad understanding of software, electro mechanics, power and control systems.
  • Experience in installation, maintenance, and support of complex systems.
Who is the best for the position?

Someone with at least a couple of years or so experience who shares our values of Aiming Higher, Thinking Wider and Working Together.

Above the experience gained they will be keen to grow further, we have an expectation to fail, as thats how we learn, so youll need to be able to reflect and then build on what has been tested.
