We’re currently looking for a proactive, organised and ambitious Insight Analyst to join our Data Team. We’re looking for someone who has an interest in pursuing a career within a Data role. In this role you’ll be upskilled to deliver engaging and actionable customer-led insight through analysis and delivering clear recommendations.

What will it take to be successful?
  • Proactive in developing skills
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Great time management with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
What does the role involve?
  • Deliver timely and actionable insight to the business
  • Develop strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing and Commercial teams
  • Maintain regular reporting in relation to CTM’s social presence and effective communication of insight to support optimisation and future planning through agreed KPIs
  • Proactively keep stakeholders informed on latest and potential emerging trends relating to our markets
  • Collaborate with wider Data Insights team so your insights are incorporated into both regular and bespoke Insights delivery where relevant
