ABOUT THE ROLE -

In this role you’ll be responsible for - and be passionate about - connecting our customers with ERIKS specialism and i nnovation, continually developing and furthering our (and your) partnership with them.

Supported by the ERIKS family, you’ll ensure when it comes to contract renewal, it’s not a question of if.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales order processing onsite with the customer

  • Processing orders in CRM system

  • Resolving customer complaints and queries

  • Supporting onsite team for escalations
