Inside sales executive 38.75 hours Mon to Thurs 8:30 - 5pm Friday 8:30 - 4pm (option to homework on Fridays) Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for an inside sales executive for a well-established company based in Chesterfield. Main duties:-Communicating with customers to identify sales opportunities and identifying customer needs.
  • Maintaining all Safetainer & Complease accounts/agreements.
  • Handling new requests from non-existing customers.
  • Work closely and support the Customer Development Manager in various tasks to assist with business development. (Monthly Solvent quotes / follow up)
  • Following up with Customer care dept on order receipt, processing and management of customer enquiries.
  • Monitor and track customer contracts and agreements ensuring products are taken as agreed.
  • Management of service requests (e.g. samples) and professionally handle and assist in resolving complaints.
  • Regular checking of slow-moving stock by checking stock reports and updating action taken.
  • Support credit control in specific cases. Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years customer care / internal sales experience is essential.
  • Experience of working in a commercial environment
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft AX) Benefits:
