Salary: Basic salary of £25K + uncapped commission

Location: Uttoxeter, Staffordshire

Flexible working - 2 days office, 3 days Home

Chapman Tate Associates are seeking a self - driven Inside Sales / Business Development Executive to join a fast - growing IT Business which recently resulted in being awarded ‘MSP of the Year’. My client is a recognised managed IT service provider company that provides outstanding IT support and services to it’s customers. You will have an opportunity to work with a fast-growing IT business .

As an Inside Sales /Business Development Executive you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and helping in building new sales pipeline. You will be responsible for contacting companies from a pre-qualified CRM database of contacts and decision makers, promoting technology-based products and services (Cyber Security, IBM PowerSystems and StorageSystems, Microsoft and VMware Projects, and IT Support and maintenance). You will be required to gather relevant information and generate sales appointments and leads for sales representatives.

You will be responsible for: -

  • Lead Generation via Telephone, Live Chat, Social Media, Email, Marketing Campaigns, Direct mail, Networking Events etc.
  • Development & growth of new business from CRM database
  • Follow up marketing campaigns for identifying new opportunities
  • Support the sales team with diary management, travel and meeting preparation
  • Building good rapport with customers.
  • Converting potential leads into appointments.
  • Co-ordinating effectively with other business functions.
  • Working towards personal monthly sales based targets.

You should have: -

  • Previous experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / Account management / Lead Generation / Telesales / or Telemarketing.
  • Experience within IT or Telecommunication sector is essential.
  • Exceptional Telephone manners.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Self- driven to exceed targets/KPIs.
  • Positive approach and attitude.
