Salary Negotiable from £45K to £65K + excellent commission

3 days in the office / 2 days WFH (Flex with start/ finish times)

This Global Recruitment Consultancy offers an array of staffing solutions including contingent staffing, direct/permanent hire, on-site staffing management services, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the U.S., U.K., and Australia.

Due to expansion of their 360 staffing business they are seeking a Billing Recruitment Manager within IT Recruitment.

Currently within IT Recruitment there is a successful service delivery function where consultants are billing in excess of £450K per annum, the remit of this role will be to develop the offices dedicated 360 Recruitment team within Technology.

You will be responsible for the hiring of your team and with the help of a successful Recruitment trainer, mentoring and developing your consultants. Each member of your team will have access to a selection of technology including numerous job-boards to help them secure the UK’s best talent.

This role will see you leading from the front as a billing Manager as well as setting strategy for the division including which key verticals to target.

Career progression to Director level.
