Key Roles and Responsibilities:

· Updating the master files with dates of new stores

· Collating new store reports

· Liaising with the warehouse to ensure IT kit is prepped and shipped as per each store requirements.

· Liaising with stores to return old devices.

· Assist in completing capex quotes for each new store opening.

· Assist the IT Operations manager with the engineer’s schedule including flights, hotels, car hire and other travel arrangements.

· Assist in completing the closure reports once each store has opened.

· Creating purchase orders for the operations team.

· Collating the overtime for the team members.

· Log all issues in the correct manner and help the team resolve.

· Log all kit against the correct purchase order so finance can match.

· Shipping the IT equipment required to stores in preparation for store openings.

· Logging tickets for work to be completed.

· Filing all store closure reports in the correct place and manner.

· To assist the operations manager and scheduling coordinators with their administrative work.

· Contacting stores during a rollout.

Requirements

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Excellent attention to detail, organisational, prioritsation and time management skills

· A strong desire to learn new skills.

· Able to work to tight deadlines

· Strong Customer Service ethos.

· “Can do” mentality.

· Aptitude for learning quickly and with minimal instruction.

· A flexible approach to the provision of support services to a dynamic, growing business

· Experience in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· A valid UK passport. Please note some foreign travel may be required.

· A valid UK driving license.
