About The Role

The key focus of this service is to support Wiltshire’s vulnerable adults to live as independently as possible within their community. This holistic approach and the support that you will offer, will be essential in the service achieving this.

The role of Information Officer is an excellent opportunity for you to demonstrate your customer service skills and gain knowledge within a social care setting being part of a supportive, collaborative and multi-disciplinary team.

About You

We are looking for people with social care and customer service experience, who have the key listening and communication skills to build effective relationships with vulnerable adults in order to achieve positive outcomes.

You will be required to display a courteous and professional attitude as well as the ability to analyse and prioritise your own work and that of the team.

Being able to work together as part of a team in a busy and fast environment is essential for this role.
