Are you passionate about sharing information that can help people to live their best life?

Following the launch of the LiveWell North Lincolnshire website we are looking for a local person to coordinate and develop the range of information available to local residents to support their health and wellbeing.

We are looking for someone who is organised, creative and charismatic, to support, coordinate and encourage other services and providers across North Lincolnshire to join the LiveWell community.

A fine eye for detail, high quality standards and confident using IT systems will also be vital.

With guidance and support from the wider project team you will lead on developing and implementing assurance processes and associated training.

You will be confident to work independently, but also a strong team player as you will work closely with the wider project team members.

We offer flexible working, the post can be a mix of office and home working, full training and induction and a supportive work environment.
