The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing, PR & Events Manager to help grow our brand. This person will create, implement and drive a new, innovative Influencer, PR & Events Strategy. This exciting new role would suit a forward-thinking, creative person who is driven to support our mission to become a global brand.

What you will be doing:

This is a Senior role reporting to the Director, and the candidate will come to Valentte with an existing network of press contacts and influencers relevant to Valentte’s Target audience.
They will focus on optimising our presence at trade shows using influencers, PR opportunities and events to accelerate our brand presence.
This person will be responsible for implementing and managing all marketing opportunities connected to Consumer Shows.
They will manage our Consumer Show Calendar, ensuring Valentte’s presence at the most relevant shows; including Home shows (E.G. Grand Designs and The Ideal Home Show) Horse shows (E.G. Badminton and Burghley), County Shows (EG. Royal Highland Show) and Flower Shows Like (E.G.)Hampton Court and Chelsea.
They will organise events and networking opportunities (at shows, our factory and off-site.)
They will invite influencers to our factory and be confident in networking and walking them around to show how our products are made (and packed) by our lovely team!
They will ensure our show stand is optimised for brand awareness - it looks good, is organised, stands out etc.
They will not be responsible for selling products but network with and entertain press and influencers at our show stand.
They will oversee the creation and implementation of an influencer relations strategy for Valentte.
They will create all PR & influencer marketing opportunities for Valentte.
They will lead the influencer process through solid targeting, benchmarking and reporting.
They will build a team of people responsible for delivering results in PR, Influencer Marketing and Events across the business - and tracking growth.
They will proactively develop key internal and external relationships for Valentte.
They will construct and manage a targeted press and influencer database.

Skills required:

They will be experienced in PR, Influencer Marketing and Events and will be confident in driving its Strategy and implementation.
They will come to Valentte with an existing network of press and influencer contacts relevant to Valenttes target audience.
They will be proactive, forward-thinking and creative - suggesting new, constantly suggesting innovative ways to build our brand through PR, influencer marketing and events.
They will be highly collaborative with a strong ability to positively influence and build relationships with people at all levels of an organisation, internally and externally.
They will be highly organised and have experience managing large projects and teams of people.
They will have proven experience in developing and implementing successful PR, Influencer and events strategies before this role.
They must have led a team of people before and, with good management experience, will be comfortable building out a new team to support them.
They must have some experience in social media marketing and understand how to use influencers to help support our e-commerce business.
They must have proven experience in driving brand growth through networking and entertaining.
They must have experience in and be confident in managing multiple events and projects at one time.
