Are you our next Influencer Marketing Partnerships Manager? We’re looking for a Digital & Brand Marketing Professional to join our Athlete Sponsorship team, to be responsible for dealing directly with our EMEA Sponsorship Programme.

This role would ideally suit someone who is based in the UK, Germany, or France and has experience in content creation, social media, influencer marketing, and talent management - managing multiple relationships with talent and stakeholders whilst managing campaigns and deadlines from initial idea to post-campaign analysis.

  • Understanding EMEA market requirements and digital consumer needs to set up innovative digital activations in alignment with multi-channel advertising plans to help drive the development and growth of the brand.
  • Proactively building strong relationships with athletes and internal teams at all levels to ensure talent retention and continued revenue growth - ensuring Athletes remain at the forefront of the Brand’s plans.
  • Network and onboard existing and potential influencer partners that support our brand vision, creating a strong ecosystem of relationships in the regional influencer space.
  • Helping to manage and execute multiple influencer campaigns across a range of social channels.
  • Project manage influencer marketing campaigns from initial response through to post-campaign reporting, including campaign activation and talent content creation.
  • Responsible for the regional budget set by the Head of Sponsorship.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day runnings of the Regional Sponsorship Programme.
  • Report on Athlete and Influencer performance using KPIs set by line manager – these include monitoring social compliance, content development and commercial metrics.
  • Direct line managing 4/5 people in the team.
What You’ll Need
  • Proficiency in identifying decision-makers, building rapport, and demonstrating solution value to quickly execute campaigns and expand market presence.
  • A highly interpersonal, proactive person who loves building relationships, has strong negotiation skills and has a growth mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience in the digital influencer industry.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and the data and social statistics behind it in order to demonstrate campaign success.
  • Up to date with the latest trends across fitness and news/media.
  • Previous line management experience.
  • Deep understanding of social media channel landscape and evolving trends.
  • Track record of successfully delivering influencer marketing campaigns.
