Industrial Disease Litigation Solicitor

Blackburn

My Client a niche law firm based in the heart of Lancashire, are recruiting an experienced Solicitor to join their Industrial Disease department.

You will have atleast 1 year experience as an Industrial Disease Litigation Solicitor.

Duties

You will assist others and manage your own caseload of Industrial Disease cases, which will predominantly be Noise Induced Hearing Loss and a variety of other cases

You must have experience of pre-litigation.

You will be dealing with high value cases, which will include portal disease cases.

You’ll be joining a expanding team which consists of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners, operating out of modern commercial offices in Blackburn and Rochdale. The teamwork in a fast-paced environment and you’ll be fully supported to further your career and reach your personal goals.
