We have a vacancy for Industrial Cleaners at Barkston Heath. These positions will begin as temporary ongoing roles with the view to become permanent. Different shift patterns are available and hours of work would be either 6.30pm - 5.30am or 6.30am - 7.30pm on a 4 on 4 off basis.

Main Responsibilities
  • To abide by & promote health & safety, ensuring all approved policies & processes are followed.
  • Able to climb ladders
  • Capable of being trained to drive the bob cat and cherry picker
  • Fitness to be able to do physical work
  • Wearing of dust mask
  • Attention to detail
  • Report to work on time
  • Sweep, shovel and move any waste that needs moving
  • Follow a cleaning schedule to ensure downtime is minimised
  • Undertake a wide variety of cleaning activities using different hand tools
  • Operate variety of mobile plant if trained and required
  • Undertake any other duty within the nature of duties and responsibilities held

Skills/Qualifications

Training will be provided and funded for the following skills:
  • Ability to work at heights and be harnessed trained.
  • Cherry Picker (Mobile Boom)
  • Bobcat (Skidsteer)
  • Scissor Lift
  • Understand ‘lock off’ procedures
  • Able to complete a lock off form.
