Smile Leadership Ltd are currently seeking an experienced Inclusion Lead with responsibility for SEND for a Sandwell, West Midlands based primary school, (B64). This role is offered on a part-time, 3 days a week, yearlong contract to start immediately. If you are an experienced Inclusion Lead who has worked within a primary setting and are either local to or available to travel to the Sandwell, West Midlands (B64) area, we would like to hear from you. Smile Leadership Ltd is a sister company to Smile Education who are a leading education recruitment agency.We are currently supporting an Ofsted good primary school in recruiting an experienced Inclusion Lead or SEND senior leader. The role is offered as a non-teaching, long-term, yearlong contract post. The headteacher is open to receiving details from either a primary experienced Inclusion Leader or an experienced senior leader with a background in SEND. This post is offered as a part-time, 3 days a week role.To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:- Substantial experience as a SEND Leader or Inclusion Lead
  • Ideally have knowledge of Birmingham, West Midlands LA procedures
  • Exceptionally dedicated to supporting pupils with SEND
  • Experience working alongside primary aged pupils
