We are looking for an Incident Manager to work within the defence sector. Ensure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity. Location: Corsham About the role : You will be responsible for the effective implementation of the Incident Management process and carries out the corresponding reporting. The role represents the first stage of escalation for Incidents, should these not be resolvable within the agreed Service Levels. Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold Active DV (Developed Vetting) clearance and have a proven Incident Management background, with the following skills/experience: Experience of OSM Incident management processes Experience of leading and managing Major Incident and Incidents Experience of Business Continuity plans implemented. Experience of Post Implementation Reviews conducted. Experience and knowledge of Service Management processes.
