Inbound Sales Coordinator

We are recruiting for Inbound Sales Coordinator in the Wednesbury WS10 area.

This company provides engineering consumables , MRO , Janitorial, PPE and vendor managed inventory.

  • Details: You will be required to respond to enquiries by Phone, Email and occasionally in person whilst supporting customer visits. The focus of the role is to place customer Satisfaction and engagement at the centre of every activity whilst working towards agreed KPI.
  • Main Duties -
    • Be proactive with allocated customers fully understand requirement
    • Ensure Strong and Brave negotiation with suppliers
    • Strive to offer relevant alternatives which are fit for the purpose described.
    • Strive to offer a winning Quotation within Margin guidelines
    Seek Manager approval for Margin outside guidelines if confident of winning order
    • Attend any Customer Site Meetings as directed by Manager
    • Work with AM and ADM to gain support with closing out quotes as required
    • Build and maintain a proactive and positive relationship with key customer contacts
    • Ensure all means of communication are utilised including Social Media as appropriate
    Ensure reason codes are added for all quotes lost
    • Develop and maintain a Close working Liaison with Service Support Teams
    • Review Status of all sales orders daily to ensure they are actioned and acknowledged
    • Escalate any issues with orders early to Manager for action.
    Understand each other’s working practices to exceed customer expectations
  • Salary: Negotiable , dependant on experience. Between £18,000 - £22,000 per annum.
  • Working Hours of Inbound Sales Coordinator are 37.5 hours per week.
  • 08:30am - 17:00pm Monday to Thursday , 08:30am - 16:00pm on Fridays.
