£19.5k plus monthly bonus

39 hours over 5 days (some weekends may be required during peak)

Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic inbound sales advisor to deal with all aspects of inbound calls and queries through their retail website and Show site.

As part of the retail team, you will be expected to maintain the Show site surroundings and ensure the site is ready for customer viewing. Candidates must have a willingness to learn about the product and a desire to sell.

Duties Include
  • Taking inbound calls from customers
  • Meet & greet show site customers
  • Upselling and cross selling products and installation services
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Understand product range to help give the customer confidence in the buying process.
In order to be considered candidates must have;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A Positive Attitude
  • Have intermediate Word and Excel skills
  • Outstanding Ability to understand customer requirements
  • Experience of sales environment - either shop floor or telephone based essential
Owner/driver required due to rural location
