Job Description

As a Inbound Customer Service Agent, Duties will include, however, not be limited to;

  • Dealing with inbound customer queries
  • Working collaboratively with different teams to resolve customer issues
  • Delivering a high level of customer service
  • Demonstrate effective levels of communication
