Crown Energy are seeking inbound sales advisors to join their established and growing sales team in Bury town centre. This isn’t your typical sales position with unachievable targets, high volume calls and scripted conversations!

As an Inbound Sales Advisor at Crown Energy, you will take a consultative approach to all calls, advising and guiding our customers to the best solutions and services to suit their connection’s needs. With a mix of inbound enquiries and outbound follow up calls and emails, you will play an instrumental part to the business’s development and teams’ success. We are seeking team players with strong communication skills, as you will have daily interaction with customers, contractors, developers and internal teams.

Salary is starting at £23,000 per annum with performance pay reviews available, uncapped commission based on KPI’s and revenue, typically year 1 £35,000-£40,000, top performers £65,000! This is a role that not only offers but actively encourages autonomy within your role, allowing you freedom to grow and develop your skills guided by industry experts.

What do inbound sales advisors do at Crown Energy?

  • 30-50 calls per day, mostly inbound
  • Develop inbound warm leads into successful, repeat business accounts.
  • Working towards conversion targets
  • Upselling and cross selling
  • Relationship building and maintaining

Whilst we welcome candidates from a previous industry background, energy experience is not essential as all our employees will benefit from a structured and bespoke training program to ensure you hit the ground running and achieve your potential.
